    Open Instagram, go to your Profile ➔ tap ☰ (Menu) ➔ Accounts Center (or visit accountscenter.instagram.com).

    Tap Your information and permissions ➔ Export your information.

    Tap Download or transfer information ➔ select your Instagram profile.

    Select All available information (or choose custom: Connections and Activity).

    Important: Set destination to Download to device, format to JSON (NOT HTML), and date range to All time.

    Tap Create files. Meta will prepare your file and notify you via email when it's ready. Download the .zip file and drop it here!
